Refund Policy for Vibes Fitness
1. Non-Refundable Policy
- **All sales are final.** Vibes Fitness does **not** offer refunds for membership fees, personal training packages, class passes, or any other services purchased.
- This policy applies regardless of the reason for cancellation, non-attendance, or change of personal circumstances, including but not limited to injury, illness, relocation, or dissatisfaction.
- By purchasing a service from Vibes Fitness, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy.
2. Membership Suspension / Freeze
- In exceptional circumstances (e.g., medical reasons supported by a doctor's note), members may be eligible to **freeze** their membership for a specified period, subject to management approval.
- Membership freezes do not entail a refund; they temporarily pause the membership duration, and the remaining term will resume upon reactivation.
- A nominal administrative fee may apply for processing membership freeze requests.
3. Services and Class Passes
- Fees for group classes or personal training sessions are non-refundable.
- Missed classes or unused sessions will not be reimbursed. Members are responsible for attending sessions they have booked.
- In the event a class is cancelled by the gym, the session credit will typically be applied back to your account for future use, not refunded.
4. Policy Acceptance
- The purchase of any membership or service is an acknowledgment and acceptance of the Vibes Fitness Refund Policy and the general Terms & Conditions.
- We encourage all prospective members to carefully consider their commitment before making a purchase.
